InnerShift Presents: Silence in Sound

A one-hour guided meditation and sound bowl experience.

Come home to yourself through the meeting of stillness and vibration. Silence in Sound is a guided experience inviting you to reconnect with your inner peace while being held in the soothing frequencies of sound.

During this workshop, Tracy Barbee will gently guide you in learning how to meditate within the sound—teaching you how to find stillness, awareness, and breath as waves of vibration move through and around you. At the same time, Harmony Beeman will offer a live sound bath healing, creating a meditative soundscape with crystal bowls and resonant tones that support release, clarity, and restoration.

Together, sound and silence become a mirror—reflecting you back to your natural state of balance and ease.
